WHAT IS SPINAL HEALTH?
To work efficiently the spine must remain springy and flexible
throughout its length. Back joints become fixed or immobilised
usually due to an accident , injury or the aging process.
This stops the spine working as a supple spring, sharing the
weight throughout its length. Instead it works as long levers,
putting a huge amount of weight on the neck and lower back.

The long-term result of fixed joints is excessive wear and tear
in the lower back and neck. This condition is known as the
common back problem and early prevention is essential.
That's where our Spring-Back team comes in.

There is no magic treatment that can reverse joint
degeneration. The priority is to halt the overwork and
overstressing of the affected joint. Even if there is serious
joint degeneration, if an adequate level of suppleness and
spring is maintained there is a good chance that a person can
enjoy a pain-free and active life.
